Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe way to reset your nervous system, releasing stuck and buried emotions, creating space in your energy field. Breathwork supports the mind-body connection and allows us to explore altered states of consciousness while also tapping into our emotional and mental landscapes. Working with the breath in this way allows the innate ability to heal, while also awakening/strengthening our connection to the spiritual realm.

- The participant agrees that their participation in this class is voluntary. Additionally, the participant agrees to assume any risk that is associated with participating in the event and releases Meg Krug from any and all claims of damage and loss that may be as a result of participation. The release is without limitation and includes the personal injury fees, attorney’s fees, and any other losses that might occur to the participant.
- The participant hereby warrants that they are physically fit and able to participate in the scheduled class without any undue risk. **
- Meg Krug maintains the right to refuse participation in this class or workshop if she foresees that participation would risk damage to any party
- The participant understands that this class is not a replacement for medical care.
- The participant understands that this class is for therapeutic purposes only.
- The participant agrees that this waiver agreement shall remain in full force and take effect without change and that participation in a class or workshop is pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
