Breathwork
I am currently leading group Breathwork events at various studios around Colorado. I also guide private groups and 1:1 Breathwork sessions in Boulder, CO or in your home or community space. If you’re interested in me coming to you please reach out! My 1:1 sessions consist of Sound Healing and Shamanic Reiki, while in a group setting I add Shamanic Reiki/energy work.
I am also hosting Breathwork retreats in which we gather to explore and travel through our subconscious minds, connecting with our inner wisdom, learning how to heal ourselves through the power of the breath.
Vibrational Sound Journeys
I am currently hosting Vibrational Sound Journeys with my working partner Scott Pridgen and apprentice, Leah Brenner. We bring the healing power of sound and vibration to various studios and private events. I can also facilitate private sessions. We have many sound healing tools consisting of gongs, Himalayan bowls, Crystal bowls, Shruti box, medicine drums, flutes, rattles/shakers, didgeridoo, handpan, crystal pyramid and more. We’d love to play at an event or studio for you.
Reiki (ray-kee)
I provide Reiki sessions out of my Boulder space in which I add Sound Healing when requested. I offer Shamanic/Traditional Reiki during all of my Breathwork sessions, public and private. This powerful Japanese energy healing technique is subtle and can bring much peace and contentment to your whole being, among other benefits. Please see my Reiki page for more information.
End Of Life and Death Care
I would love to work with you and/or a loved one who is experiencing the dying process. Whether it’s a new terminal diagnosis or 11th hour care, I am here to support you. I offer Reiki, gentle Breathwork, Sound Healing. My aim is to help provide comfort and lessen any anxiety and fear so that you are feeling supported and not alone.
